This option is usually selected to help get the crawlspace up to code and pass home inspections. This is the most cost-efficient option to get the job done!

Encapsulation We offer floor, wall and pier coverings with an option radiant barrier option. This is a longer-lasting barrier and this process includes sealing vents and installing a dehumidifier. This option can facilitate you and/or contractors get to any utilities in the crawlspace.
